Book Study for Define Your Why

I put together summaries of the chapters, additional links, and guiding questions in order to help facilitate a book study around my book. My goal with this book study guide is to help you reflect on the stories and activities in my book and how they can guide you to define your WHY so you own and tell your stories your way.

Book Study Activities

  1. Read each chapter first before doing the book study activities.
  2. Check out the associated additional resources and links.
  3. Dig deep through the questions about your WHY and share your reflections with others.

The end of each chapter contains questions to ponder and my own wonderings. The reflective questions are for your own use, but below are some examples of activities that may aid in your journey to develop your stories and define your WHY beyond this book study.

  • Blog about your stories and thoughts about your WHY.
  • Tweet one or more things you learned going through the book study using #DefineYourWhy and tagging me with my Twitter handle @bbray27
